FLSA Lawsuit

Updated July 16, 2008

The City is trying every tactic to delay and frustrate our claims, discovery is continuing.  Depositions of the test plaintiffs will be starting shortly and we expect the City to again use every means to make that experience unpleasant for our members hoping that they walk away from their rights.  Following depositions The lawyers anticipate a Summary Judgment Motion to be decided in Spring 2009.  It is imperative that our members stay in communication with the lawyers regarding this matter.  If any member has a question please call the office, (800) 289-7161 and advise the representative that you are contacting the "FLSA Lawyer"
