Dear Members,

 

The Chief Negotiator of DC37 has confirmed a bargaining date with the City on July 17, 2008.

The EMS bargaining group is at arbitration and this meeting does not automatically suspend that action.

The Union has to prove that all good faith bargaining attempts have been exhausted.

After our meeting on the 17th, we will have out information as soon as possible.
