CONTRACT UPDATE
We have received all retroactive payments and increases. The next increase of .25% is due at the time the contract expires on August 24, 2010.
The Union has successfully negotiated the payments of Hazmat differentials to members no longer assigned to the Hazmat unit. They will continue to be paid to maintain their certification.
