All (active and retired) members who were involved in the WTC Rescue and Recovery efforts must do the following to protect themselves and their families:

File WTC Participation forms
Participate in a monitoring program
File a LODI/Workers Compensation Claim
Retain a Workers Compensation Attorney/Representative
Contact Union to do the following; request assistance, report your illness, if you are placed on sick leave due to your illness or your illness has caused you unfit for duty.
Obtain Aflac disability and MET Life Insurance
