COMMAND DISCIPLINE FOR DRILLS

Dear Brothers and Sisters,

Yesterday we represented a member in the Captain title for their station having less than 70% of members drilled for the previous month.

We are outraged at this action. This direction for discipline comes directly from EMS Operations.

The Department has not lived up to its end of the bargain to give our members the tools to get the job done.

Vice President Sullivan represented the member and will fight this until we receive a dismissal of any charges.

Any Captain who is notified that they are going to have a Command Discipline session regarding the drill must contact Vice-President Sullivan immediately.
